Autism Awareness Western

For three years of my undergrad, I was involved with a club called Autism Awareness Western. I have a sister with ASD, which inspired me to join the club. I worked as a Communications Coordinator and worked on a variety of projects from videos to social media posts. One of my favourite projects was when I created graphics for a resource page that was made for World Autism Day in 2021. I was tasked with creating graphics about sensory baskets, sensory bottles, and weighted blankets. It was a great opportunity to not only experiment with playful design, but to learn more about the community.
